Job description:

As a Product Specialist, you will support the software deal process by providing product and/or industry expertise in all customer engagement activities including demonstrations, act as a trusted advisor to the customer and help design and explain the value of innovative software solutions, and act as a high profile member of the account team.

Tasks will include:

  • Creating and delivering high impact, engaging software demonstrations that compel the customer to select Zoomin solutions
  • Supporting demand generation activities by staffing marketing events
  • Providing deal execution support by responding to requests for proposals
  • Leading customer discovery and site survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation
  • Assisting with post-sale customer care

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with an expectation of being in the top 1/3 of class
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to learn and create
  • Technically oriented, possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
  • Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables
  • Creative problem-solver with exceptional customer-service skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
  • Perfectionist and attentive to details
  • Ability to learn new concepts and skills very quickly
  • Responsible and independent
  • Team player
