At Zoomin Software ("we", "us", "our" or "Zoomin") we are committed to protecting personal information related to you that we collect and process when you use our website located at www.zoominsoftware.com (the "Site") or when you or your end users ("you") use our products and services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy sets out which personal information related to you we collect and process through the Site and the Services, and how we use such personal information related to you.

We commit to process personal information related to you solely for the purposes described below. To the extent relevant and possible, we will make efforts to maintain personal information related to you accurate, complete and up to date.
If you request a demo for the Services, subscribe to our blog, or contact us via the Site, we will require certain personal information related to you (for example, your name, position at your company, email address, and telephone number) for the following purposes: (i) providing you with the Services; (ii) helping us to better customize the content, information and Site experience; (iii) creating marketing and promotional materials provided to you as well as enhancing your experience with us; (iv) to comply with applicable laws; and/or (v) legal defense, where applicable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in an agreement between you and us, we will not share personal information related to you with other parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Zoomin accounts may be secured by member-created passwords, in which case reasonable precautions and encryptions are used to ensure that your account information is kept private. You are responsible for keeping your passwords confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone and recommend that you keep your sensitive information private and secure. To the extent legally permitted, if the personal information related to you or any other information is accessed by an unauthorized third party, we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of such unauthorized access. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of your failure to protect any information, including without limitation personal information related to you.
You may correct or update personal information related to you by updating your account or by sending an email to privacy@zoominsoftware.com. You may also request to deactivate your account following the end of your contractual relationship with Zoomin by emailing us at support@zoominsoftware.com.
Subject to exemptions provided by law, and with proper identification, you may have the right to certain actions regarding personal information related to you. Examples are as follows -

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link provided at the end of each newsletter. You can also email marketing@zoominsoftware.com to update your email address, or to request that we delete your email.
If you are using the Services, we may contact you via any email address you provide to us with transactional or relationship messages such as account status messages, security updates or notifications of changes in the terms of your account or the Services. These types of transactional or relationship email messages are not optional.
We will retain personal information related to you for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services as well as in order to comply with applicable laws and agreements, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights and policies. Retention periods shall be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected for, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time.
Please be aware that personal information related to you that you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of the Site or the Services may be processed and transferred to all territories in which we have offices and operations, which are currently the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the State of Israel.
In addition, personal information related to you may also be processed by staff or third party service providers working for us or for one of our suppliers or business partners. Please note that some of those may be located outside the European Economic Area (the “EEA”), UK or Switzerland or another jurisdiction with similar restrictions pertaining to cross border personal data transfers. By using the Site or any of the Services, or by providing us with personal information related to you, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in other countries.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information related to individuals that are under the age of 18 (for the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "Minors").

We do periodical assessments of our data processing and privacy practices, to make sure that we comply with this Privacy Policy, update the Privacy Policy when we believe that we need to, and verify that we display the Privacy Policy properly and in an accessible manner.

Upon confirmation of your request, we will delete – and direct our service providers to delete – personal data related to you from our records, unless retaining the information is necessary for us or for our service providers to complete the transaction with you, detect security incidents, identify and repair errors, exercise free speech or another right provided by law, comply with specific laws or legal obligations or any other internal and lawful use.

Only you or a person authorized to act on your behalf, can make a request related to personal data related to you. You can also submit a request on behalf of your minor child. Please note that a request for access can be made by you only twice within a 12-month period.
We will need to ask you to provide us with credentials to verify your identity or authority, address your request, and confirm the personal data relates to you. Note that we will only use the personal data provided in your request to verify your identity or authority and address your request.
We will do our best to respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request.
The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, where applicable.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will inform you of the reasons for such decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
